If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return and refund policy.
The following terms apply to tangible products that you have purchased from us.
Our diagnostic kits work with software that requires a license key.
Our return policy lasts 14 days after you receive the item from us by mail (can be checked with the tracking number). Therefore, you must request a license key no later than 7 days after receiving the diagnostic kit (to test the operation).
If 14 days have passed since the receipt of the goods, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund in case of malfunctioning adapters (we can only offer repair or replacement of goods

You should consider using a USPS tracked shipping service. You must pay for the shipping yourself when you return or exchange goods. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item
We are not responsible for damage or loss of the Product upon return shipping. Therefore, we recommend the USPS insured and tracked postal service.
We cannot process a refund without actually receiving the Product or confirming that we have received return shipping.
After you return the item, it may take up to 30 days for us to arrive. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it will take 2-3 business days to process returns, exchanges and 3-5 business days to display the refund amount.
We will refund you no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned Products. We will use the same means of payment that you used to order and you will not be charged any fees for such refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your return is officially shipped.

We want you to shop with confidence and be completely satisfied that your magelan.net.ua purchase is working. That is why magelan.net.ua provides warranty repairs for the related products. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or refunds, guarantees if we determine that magelan.net.ua guarantee is being violated.
The magelan.net.ua guarantee gives you:
Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with your purchase (including a product that is not working as expected), return the product within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of receipt of the order.
If you find a malfunction or malfunction of the diagnostic equipment or any of the elements and they have no visible damage, then warranty repair can be applied. The buyer is responsible for the postage when sending the item back to us. Please use the feedback form.
In the event that the product is visibly damaged, which means that the product has ceased to function, then only paid repairs can be applied, and the buyer is responsible for the postage costs for sending the product back to us and returning the repaired Items.

Returning your items to magelan.net.ua within 14 days does not automatically mean that they will be replaced or returned free of charge. Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email notifying us that we have received your returned item. magelan.net.ua reserves the right to verify the validity of your exchange or refund request.
If the failure is your fault, you will be charged a repair fee and the cost of sending the item back to you. We use a registered airmail service with a tracking number to ship repaired or replaced items.
If the malfunction was not your fault, then a new (or repaired) product will be sent to you or we will fully refund your money (of your choice).
Only standard price items are eligible for returns. Unfortunately, stock items sold are non-refundable. This exclusion may not apply to you unless permitted by applicable law.
